Fret not, we\u2019ve got you covered! Here are some simple trick to get grease stains out of your upholstery, carpets and clothes!<\/p>\n

1. Upholstery<\/h4>\n

First, you\u2019ve to gently blot to remove excess grease. Apply cornstarch, baking soda, or other absorbent on the stain. Let it sit for around 10 to 15 minutes, then vacuum. If required, you can let it sit for a few hours or overnight. Then, using a clean and dry cloth, sponge the stain with a dry-cleaning solvent. Blot until the solvent is absorbed.<\/p>\n

2. Carpets<\/h4>\n

Using the same method as you would for upholstery. If the stain persists, mix one tablespoon of white vinegar with one tablespoon of mild liquid dishwashing detergent and two cups of warm water. Using a clean sponge, sponge the stain with this solution. Blot until the liquid is absorbed. Sponge with cold water and blot dry to remove the solution.<\/p>\n

3. Cotton Clothing<\/h4>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Saturate the stained area with a heavy duty liquid detergent. Using your fingers or a clean white cloth, gently rub into the stained area and allow it to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash it with the warmest water recommended for cotton. And let it dry. If the stain is still there, repeat as necessary until it\u2019s gone.<\/p>\n

4. Silk Clothing,<\/h4>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Blot away as much oil as you can. Sprinkle baking soda, cornstarch, or other absorbent on the stain and let it sit overnight. Gently brush off and reapply if required. If the stain is stubborn, apply a small amount of clear grease-cutting dish detergent. Let it sit for at least an hour. Then dab with water to remove and blot dry.<\/p>\n
